A3. Project Managers / Project Assistant Managers

Job Description

The engineers will be part of the Technical Department assisting the Technical Director. They will coordinate internal and external resources, analyze project process and costs and will maintain a relationship with project stakeholders in order to provide visibility on project status. They will follow the Time schedule of the project.


  • Review of subcontractor contacts
  • Review project schedule, resolve project planning errors
  • Managing subcontractors and internal teams
  • Perform risk management to minimize project cost and delivery risks
  • Measure project performance using proven tools
  • Establish a relationship with project stakeholders (subcontractors, internal teams, vendors)
  • Provide clear visibility of project status to management team
  • Work with the Contract team


Training, Education & Required Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (polytechnic) preferable electrical. Fluent Greek and English speaker /writer
  • Working on energy project or complex construction projects as part of the Project management team
  • Preferable experience on Engineering, Construction, Commissioning of MV/HV Substation projects and/or HV cables
